Enter Walmer along the A258 from Dover. As you drive down the hill towards Deal turn left in to Salisbury Road immediately in front of the Texaco garage. After approx. 100 yards turn right in to Balfour Road just before Salisbury Road begins to climb the hill. Number 49 will be found on your left hand side after approx 300 yards.
Approaching from North of Deal:
Enter Deal on the A258 from the Sandwich direction. Follow it all the way through Deal, heading out towards Dover. After driving along The Strand with the Bandstand on your left, the road bears right away from the sea-front becoming the Dover Road. Take the 2nd turning right in to Herschell Road East. At the end of that road turn left in to Balfour Road. Number 49 will be found on your right hand side.
