Approaching from North Deal you follow the road called The Marina along the sea-front, stay on it as it becomes Beach Street. Guildford House is on your right just after The Royal Hotel.
If you are approaching along the A258 from the Ramsgate direction then follow it right through Deal until you hit the roundabout at the sea front, turn left towards the pier and the property can be found as described above.
